To ensure you receive the best, a member of the Bela International Team personally inspects each product before it leaves the factory. Within 7 business days of receiving the item, please get in touch with us if you find any damage or defects with the product you received. Send us the video and images of your product. It must be unused and in the same condition as you received it to be eligible for a refund.

 

Furthermore, it must be in its original packing. We will send you an email to let you know that we have received and examined your returned item. We will also inform the approval or rejection of your refund to you. Unfortunately, only products with standard prices may be returned; anything on sale is prohibited. Only defective or damaged items are eligible to refund. Please avoid sending anything by mail until you have contacted us at [email protected] and been granted the all-clear.
